Chakras are energy centers in our body and we carry 7 main ones, each with a purpose, starting at the base of your spine and moving all the way up to the top of your head. In a healthy, balanced person, the 7 chakras provide exactly the right amount of energy to every part of your body, mind and spirit.


However, if one of your chakras is overactive and spinning too quickly, or if it is too closed and moving slowly, your health will suffer.


In chakra balancing, it helps one to discover the energy centers in the body, the blockages and how the intrinsic energies play in your life. With guided meditation, one will be able to identify what is causing the blockages and at the same time, effectively clear the blockages creating a balanced system in the body.
