Female Strong by Amy
Female Strong by Amy is a fitness program by and for women. As your physical training coach, Amy takes an empathetic approach to conducting workouts by fostering a Mind-Body connection during warm-ups and workouts. Her approach makes physical movements and exercises suitable for women from all walks of life, including (and especially) women who have had traumatising experiences in their lives. Following a trauma, women may find parts of their bodies shut down and could find it difficult to engage with; sometimes there may be no sense of feeling at all. Amy's empathetic, trauma-sensitive approach to workout trainings means slowly connecting with these parts again.
