If you’ve had an unhappy childhood with ‘difficult’ parents then your inner child may well need some extra help BEFORE she is ready for the workshop day of playful fun, heartfelt connection and creativity.

In this workshop of inner child healing and recovery: guided with self love, Inner power & self worth affirmations, we will safely revisit your past and the effect it’s had upon you – and help you to rescue and re-parent your inner child.

You will deeply connect with the child you once were – and review and reflect upon the impact of your experiences.

You will have a day of profound healing in this small safe group of who are all on a similar journey of making peace with their past.

What are we doing in this workshop?

This Inner Child Workshop focus on: Healing & Recovery activities, Meditation with Self Love, Inner Power & Self Worth Affirmations.

You’re guided throughout: Meet yourself when you were born and give that baby a chance to feel really safe, loved, understood and cared for.

The affirmations are spiritually, emotionally and mentally empowering, and heal the light of your soul.

If people only new how powerful it is to bring Love and Healing to our inner child, it would be made as medicine.
