"What the FXXk?!  No one is going anywhere, everyone is sitting in the traffic jam, why the idiot in the car behind me incessantly blows his horn?" "I'm so infuriated by a persistent habit in someone I love ...why?"

Everyone knowing assertiveness is a skill about effective communication--  just mean choosing the right words to say in a given situation.

Somehow, a lot of us either able to express self confidently but unable to have the sensitivity to know, getting to know, like and be in charge of the real "you"--- unable to re- "sort" to passive, aggressive or manipulative behaviour with self awareness due to - listening skill? - own interest as priority? - interpersonal skill issue? - too many bosses and too difficult to accommodate?

A Life Coach program developed by the Violet Flame KL practitioners that has been helping those in need in our communities for years, going wherever we are most needed. We operate Body, Mind & Soul Development and Personal Coaching programs in the KL city. We serve our most vulnerable neighbours each year to help them overcome obstacles to living safe, healthy and productive lives in the community.

This program is open to especially managerial or executive level, teachers or business people, parents ...  main areas: focus- emotional balance, relationship, physical living circumstances, finances, attitude to the world around you, ability to handle conflict, ability to handle stress, psychological state, spiritual balance, physical issue.
