Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing
In today's stressful and hectic world, negative emotion or energy can easily build up in our body, making us feeling tired, stressed and tensed. Life events, relationships, frustrations, disappointments, and anxieties can all build up and lead us to feeling dragged by negativity. Over time, this may affect our physical, mental and emotional health.
Using a combination of yoga asanas with sound healing, you can bring in positivity to lift up your spirits. Regular practice can bring long-term changes where you will experience deeper sleep, eliminate stress, calm anxiety and reduce pain.
A wonderful class to start or end your day where you will do:
- Gentle yoga asanas to release any tension, energise and improve flexibility
- Breathwork to calm the mind, ground and deepen connection with yourself
- Meditation or mindfulness exercise to improve concentration, reduce stress
and increase overall wellbeing
Throughout the one and half hour session, you will bathe and soak in the beautiful sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. Sound healing promotes even deeper state of relaxation, release negative emotions and heal energetic or emotional blockages.
We welcome you to join us to find out how yoga and sound healing can do wonders for your body, mind and soul.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Do wear comfortable clothing and bring along the items below for your own comfort:
- yoga mat
- sleeping pillow
- eye mask or small towel
Light refreshments will be served after the session for you to relax and chat with other participants.
