Do you have one or a laundry list of items you are grateful for?  When was the last time you reflected on people and things you are grateful for? Are You Thankful or Are You Grateful?  What shall we do on this moment for ourselves?  What and how shall I thanks to myself?  

Journey inwards on a music+ sound journey (therapy) to savor all that life has offered us - embrace the blessings, appreciate our strengths, and acknowledge the challenges we face.  

Gratitude is about being thankful for everything in our life, the good or even the seemingly difficult situations. 

This is a moment for everyone to have the sound meditation, card reading & blessing to bring a sense of awareness, freedom and power to change the thoughts in our subconscious mind.  

Slow down, breathe in, and let us appreciate the present moment and everything we & have NOW. Let positive energy enter our lives and bring in what we desire in life.
