With hours in front of the computer for work and recreation, how do we make sure that we can get the good night's rest we need to function at our best the next day? Are your fears and worries anxiety keeping you up at night? Do you have insomnia? Are you on melatonin or medication for sleep? Do you know why you cannot sleep?�
Meditation, if continued and made into a daily routine can drastically help your body to get the rest it needs. Please join us for the evening meditation session to get a sense of what meditation can feel like for you. The meditation session will give you super easy applicable tips on how to bring your body and mind to a relaxed state for quality sleep with Sound Healing.

Sound healing will help you balance your energy centred and the body's energy field to move old energy out and create space for new energy and new beginnings on multiple levels. It is an energetic collaboration between your energy and the energy I channel. The more open and relaxed you are to receiving and the clearer your intention for the integration, the better. Feeling aligned with the intention is key. If you just wish " I want to feel relaxed" and that's fine. Same as anything else if you know where you want to get to it's simply more clear for your life. If you are wanting to look deeper into yourself, if you are on your journey of self acceptance or self love, if you are wanting to but still having trouble letting go of certain thoughts, certain emotional attachments, if you want to heal certain emotional wounds, let go of limiting beliefs, if you no longer want to feel like a victim of external consequences and become ready to release mental programs from your youth etc… let us be your personal guide to your self-healing because that is our intention and our gift to you. Remember everything starts within.
Why meditation? Because it boosts your immune system, upgrades your focus, makes it easier to download clearer intuition, helps your brain pave new neuropathways allowing you to feel relaxed. Make it fun. Make it something to look forward to. During the meditation you may find that certain thoughts and emotions are triggered within you. Be an observer of them, feel gratitude for the experience and let them go. It’s an energy detox. There is not one specific way to meditate. You can find a guided meditation you like on youtube. There are many out there; try different ones and stick to the one that feels best suited for you. Meditation can be a dance or quiet "me time". It can be a bath, or therapeutic painting, anything that opens you up and makes you want to take a deep breathe-- a walk in the park perhaps. Switch your devices (cellphones, computer, TV) off an hour or two before you go to sleep. If you absolutely do not want to meditate, experiment changing one routine in your life and see how it feels. Be an observer of your feelings and your thoughts.
