About the Event

We offer an opportunity to keep your child engaged in a truly nature program in fores focused on connection, self-awareness, self-expression and fun during the school holidays!

Our aim is to provide the teens with a back- to- basic & natural experience filled with moments of mindfulness: connection, self-discovery, growth, spirited activities and joy!

Adopting a holistic approach, the signature recipe of our well-loved 3-day 2 nights camp is a mix of mindfulness practices, social-emotional skills, nature exploration, creative, physical & experiential activities, and heaps of fun! 

Ultimately, in summary of holistic approach we provide all the teens with an environment to connect with nature and new friends, giving them a healthy learning experience and memorable break away from academics and screens.

  • Designed for primary-school-age children (ages 12 up to 16 years old, minimum age: 10 years old- required pre- interview to qualify them ), our camp emphasizes social-emotional skills and secular mindfulness practices.

Mindfulness is trending: it is being offered by top corporations to their employees, it is taught in schools to their students and it has even been trialed in Parliament especially in European- countries.

But what is mindfulness exactly?

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention – to thoughts, physical sensations and the environment – without constantly feeling the need to judge what’s happening or to make it other than it is.

To cultivate this present moment awareness, we pay attention on purpose, with an attitude of kindness to ourselves and others.

Children are natural-born mindfulness practitioners.

If you take a walk with children, you will notice that they stop to touch, smell and taste things (whether they should or not!) and often come up with observations that adults tend to miss. Children pay attention to experiences in the present moment.

While mindfulness has its roots in ancient Eastern philosophy, many mindfulness programs today are secular and have no religious content.

This is a program for the teen to learn the “Self-care”: Join us for a 3 days 2 nights retreat in the green!

Basically, the teens will say that to the Moms and Dads, “take care of yourself!”

Reminder to the parents or care takers of the teens:  You’ve to aware that TAKING CARE of yourself during these challenging times is not optional, we know that your health and well-being is important so that you can continue to the wonderful job of parenting that you are already doing with thought of ZERO worry but sending blessing to your teens.

This is not the time for you to extend or overextend yourself to be the best parents or control- freak or even overruled- to be the teacher or the best mom or the best employee to your kids. Your goal is to take care of yourself so that you can keep your home ship sailing until we see this to the end- be mindful of your overstress of what the kids will do in this program.


Day 1:

- Departure from KL: 0800 meeting & briefing at the Violet Flame with simple breakfast

- Expected arrival at destination the  about 1 pm, “koyang koyang” to the sacred space  

- Simple lunch 

- Cleansing and clearing at the waterfall with blessing 

- Mindfulness breathing exercise & movement 

- Simple dinner 

- Mindfulness meditation with sound healing  

- How we align our body, mind & soul to sleep with peace & joy?  

- Supper with circles of Life: by affirmation & manifestation


Day 2: 

- Simple breakfast & movement program  

- Mindfulness breathing exercise at nature forest & meditation  

- Circle of life: healing, affirmation & manifestation  

- Small group activities Body alignment with meditation & mindfulness program to tuning “monkey mind”  

- Lunch 

- Water source visiting:  where the water from the source?  

- Dinner  

- Fire ceremony  

- Supper with circles of Life: life purpose by affirmation & manifestation    

Day 3:  

- Breakfast & Mindfulness breathing exercise & Yoga at nature forest & meditation  

- Circle of life: healing, affirmation & manifestation via sound healing  

- Dealing with our monkey mind: how? Why? How do we engage subconscious mind to deal with lower self? Integrated with higher self?  

- Brunch  

- Leaving with peace and love target latest by 3 pm

This is a retreat program that you have truly fun time to discover your body, mind & soul solely to make a moment that meaningful and is to integrate your spiritual life with daily living.
